Work life balance is good and office timings are also flexible with two Saturdays offs.

Dislikes

HR and payrole department is not transparent, they treat employees as per their whims and fancies. In my case, they disputed against clearing full and final settlement. I had to wait long and no clarification was given.

Till 2018 growth was ok and opportunities and exposure was ok

Dislikes

On most of the head of the department including Legal are no more interested in work and lot on insecurity of job hence do not work and let their subordinate work and growth is not there . need lot of change in functional head positions. Overall not a nice place to work now.
