Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

the lunchroom has not enough space to sit all the staff members together and eat with one another and lunch timings are also very short and not same for everyone. Punctuality is the main thing. If we are late for any reason then there would be late attendance.

This is a great place to work. THere is a nice set-up of the whole Vedic research centre. There is a spiritual environment over there all the time. Everyone fells blessed to work with the Pure Vedic Gems.
