Good Experience working in Pure Vedic Gems Pvt. Ltd. the company rules and regulations are good and company response is also very good. The training period is also very useful for all the employees and developed skills. M feel so blessed to work here with this company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. the lunchroom has not enough space to sit all the staff members together and eat with one another and lunch timings are also very short and not same for everyone. Punctuality is the main thing. If we are late for any reason then there would be late attendance.
