Not a good culture and environment. Working hour are long, low pay scales. Employees worked burdened and grievances are unheard

Dislikes

There is lots of politics happens during the time of appresal. Management doesn't give importance to hardwork. Salary is less and work pressure is high.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
