Good company for those who knows how to handle Corporate Politics Probably its better scenario within other teams like Product handlers. But its hell to work in Infrastructure team.

Dislikes

Never try to work under Infrastructure team especially under Dev Swarnkar! Indulgence with corporate politics within Infrastructure team Few HR are biased with employees and doesn't comply with company standard policies of how to make them comfortable within team and doesnt judge the work environment and blindly trusts manager's reviews. Example: Probably nobody heard PIP is done within 3 weeks of time period where every week you face feedback call with HR being biased with manager and keeps him in the feedback call. As per company norms, PIP if done on any employee, its done within 3 months of period and each month, there is feedback call exclusively between HR and the employee keeping the call unbiased...Read More

PTC may be working on very advanced technology. But doesnt know how to make new comers comfortable. Definitely not a place to expect learning. Good place for the learned!

Dislikes

PTC, among all the bads, the worst of all is they dont make new comers comfortable and dont want to make them learn. Definitely not a place for freshers.
