Salary is good if you are really doing well else you will get as per you should get and that’s a good thing. For a person who is starting his career and is geek this is the best company to understand how to code with design.

Dislikes

Legacy software with legacy technologies. Even after customers complain no change in technologies. Hence career growth is to slow. Specially in Windchill. In few teams there is no innovation. Just do the work and go. People around you will not have any enthusiasm to do something new or innovative. People are here just for the sake of salary. Not a good company for technology geek. You will be pissed off. QA organisation is worst....Read More

PTC is in new phase where they are just trying to dum old junk and bring new furniture to their house. I feel this is causing a lot of disappointment with senior people who have spent almost their life and brought PTC to this stage. Changing offices and getting into new buildings with sea view doesn't bring value at cost of people who have dedicated their entire career to make PTC a better place to work....Read More

The work culture has recently changed at PTC wherein today all big positions are held offshore and other asian offices areas are used as factory.
