Likes

It has a great work culture. Company is so transparent and it is easier to approach anyone for any concerns. Design thinking, value add and creativity is so much appreciate. Work like balance is up to the mark.

Dislikes

The culture is great and there's nothing much to dislike upon. Just a tip, if you want a 9-5 job with good pay scale, you should join Protiviti. Though the work you do will be very basic specially in PKIC. It is more of support role, but one will enjoy.

Open culture. Managers don't ask questions when applying for leaves. People are nicer than most companies.

Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Back-end work, consists mostly of scrubbing and designing decks. Research is limited to copy pasting and paraphrasing from google.
