The people are calm and chill. Unlike big 4s they are shouting and angry. They'll be very thankful for any effort you put in.

There are some major career growth concerns, there is a chargeability issue throughout the organisation, you'll be working on a client but won't be getting any chargeability. And due to low chargeability your growth in the office will he affected. The management will first give you work without chargeability and then openly say thatyou'll either have to work on Saturdays or work extra during normal days and achieve your target chargeability....Read More
