Some peoples in the management are good they think about your growth and the seniors help you todo your job if needed.

I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they 'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. Salary is decent for a fresher. Team members are great. Everyone helps out everyone.

Dislikes

You have to stretch your shifts by 2-3 hours at least 4-5 times a month with no overtime pay. Nepotism exists in the Koloata office at least. You have to work night shifts depending on the project.

Been an employee of Protiviti for 2-3 years by which I pretty much understand the culture and noted the following: # Office Culture - Lacks work-life balance, work from home made it worse. (average of 11 hours a day) - It's understood by management that mandatory training is the thing that needs to be completed either after a full da y of work or over the weekends. - Low increments even after getting promoted. - Low tolerance towards employee's leave. - Lack of professionalism, micromanagement and office politics. # Administration, Finance & Human Resource <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Company policies feel biased, as the bonus amount and increments are provided only after you decide to stay a minimum of 6 months furthermore after the fiscal year the bonus was awarded for</mark>. - Exit policy brings employees to financial crises by reducing the notice period salary to half which is refunded after 90 days of last working day. - Irrational miscellaneous costs are deducted from Full and Final Settlement....Read More

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some times, work pressure is high. Allocating work is done at the last minute leading to fire fighting exercise always. Director doesnt contribute much in terms of suggestion related to work. Worst experience of politics i have ever noticed. I mean, feedback doesnt reach you but is known to everyone except you. I had worked for Protiviti for just few months. I have seen good opportunity for new employees to visit at many location across india as well as out of india. They have good package offerings and learning culture. I would resign protiviti a soon due to family constraints. Otherwise all member and staffs are so helpful to eachother.
