Highly Toxic work culture in IA and BPI department The leadership in BPI doesnt even have the basic knowledge to behave with peers in public as well as in office, Uses of slang words are very normal in day to day conversation with the MD in BPI Racism based culture Favoritisms No clarity on how to keep a demarkation among variousteammates in a large scale project. An analyst is supposed to do PMO ,and vice versa.
