Been an employee of Protiviti for 2-3 years by which I pretty much understand the culture and noted the following: # Office Culture - Lacks work-life balance, work from home made it worse. My managing director and managers are open to new ideas, patient enough to hear me out and understands the problems. They let me do things the way i want to and this gives me enough flexibility to be creative.

The compensation provided by the company is something I believe is not so adequate.
