Protiviti is special for me because this is my first job and I have learnt everything i know today right from scratch in this company. Talking about the work related attributes, i will talk about them one by one: 1. Work life balance - There are ups and downs in work life balance depending upon the projects but overall it's good. 2.Work culture - Like any other consulting business, here also it's customer-focused along with certain level of focus on innovativeness. 3. Management - Multiple verticals are there each having one or multiple managing directors at top followed by directors, associate directors and senior managers. Most of the cases, management is very reachable but not understandable to the same extent. They will hear out but will not offer much as a solution due to their own challenges and resource constraints within which they think they ae bound to operate. But, sometimes there are exceptions. 4. Job security - Job security exists. 5. Company Policies - Defined. 6. Compensation and Benefits - As per the industry standards and the company market position, it's satisfactory. 7. Career growth - Different growth stories are there but for performers, there are always growth opportunities....Read More

I am very low on this part but the one thing i can count here is that there is a lot to improve in learning and training for Protiviti. Freshers are directly sent to field - there should be some kind of beginner's program for them offering basics of the consulting line they are supposed to work in. At defined and pre-identified levels of career position and duration, there should be other training programs focused on job related technical requirements....Read More

Work Details

I work in IAFA practice at Protiviti. Responsible to execute / manage client engagements of internal audit, compliance and consulting nature which includes business process reviews, SOX / IFC reviews, business process transformation, etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
