Dislikes

No collaborative work between multiple consulting services offered. Lack of proper management and work life balance. The managers are not well trained and not from consulting background which makes it difficult for them to allocate work effectively and get the projects closed on time. Poor culture and no work ethics. Lack of proper infrastructure in terms of attending meetings, being a client-facing company.
