Working at PROPARCO is a great opportunity since it allows me to work around highly qualified people therefore it makes things challenging in a good way, for improvement. Since it is pretty much my first professional experience I can’t truly talk salary. We work in a multi cultural environment and 60% of the employees are young, so that gives a good energy to the team and workflow.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I believe the company could revise the salary of the local staff and define a better career growth.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

The assistant basically takes give assistance for the analysis of the financial statements of companies and gather data about client/corporate looking for funds. Besides, the assistant takes care of all the logistics aspects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
