I've been working with Programmers.io for the last around 1.5 years and it has been a great learning experience for me to work with PIO. Great exposure to new technologies, friendly environment, culturally adaptable, flexible timing, etc. It's just a good experience for me as a fresher to join PIO.

Programmers.io has a perfect platform for the individuals who have recently entered in their respective fields as it provides streamlined trainings and support to make them feel confident of the tasks they are performing. In the current pandemic situation also, the rapid growth of the company has given ample opportunities to new hiring's. Additional health insurance has been provided to the employees during the pandemic which proves how close the management thoughts are towards the welfare of the employees. Affiliations with prominent brands has grown immensely, adding to the brand value and exposure in technologies to the employees. Each individuals leader has done a lot to foster a good working environment for employees despite the challenges of WFH.
