I am working in PIO as a Sr. Software Engineer since 2017. and I would like to say that here I learned a lot and keep learning the new technologies, some management work, get some experiences of how to provide trainings. Work culture is so good and no time foundation for in-out if any emergencies or to handle some personal stuffs aswell, employees can manage his/her task easily. All employees are very supportive, even the company's director and manages are also friendly in nature and provide better support and guidance....Read More

It's good company to learn because fortunately there are people with good technical knowledge. So some people have made the working environment good, but for that i dont think company has to be given the credit.. I should give credit to those members on a personal note. I request the CEO of the company to read this review and focus on cons.

A company is not represented by 1 entity, but the team of techinal resources, managers, HR, payroll all. I have talked about technical resources in prons, apart from that there's nothing to praise actaully. 1. HR in hyderabad is okay, but in jaipur is disgusting. No authority, they are puppet of manager. 2. Payroll team is really useless. No qualified person is sitting in payroll team. They are rude as well. 3. I dont know what to say about managers. Manager from non RPG team is okay but RPG managers are really disgusting. 3.1. He is biased, for people who are placed in Jaipur. 3.2. He doesn't possess enough manners to be a manager actually. 3.3. He needs lots of soft skill trainings. 3.4. All positive feedbacks given here are forced by the manager to write. 3.5. New joiners are made to feel that they are excellent and old employees are made to feel inferior infront of them. Except for the ones who are puppet of managers. 3.6. In some review i read that lazy ones are left and hard working people are made to struggle more. That is very correct in my opinion....Read More
