As a humble, honest and hardworking former employee, It had been a great experience working for a multinational company. I'm really very proud of the company as it really considers it's employees as the true assets. Few examples are medical, transport, salary, new learnings and food.

Dislikes

My only concern that I personally experienced was partiality or so called internal politics wherein some of the employees who really deserved a career growth was not taken into consideration maybe because some of the senior management believed their so called CHAMCHAS more than actually trusting a honest, humble and hardworking employee. Ultimately it used to turn out to be that those CHAMCHAS were the ones getting promoted/career growth without actually demonstrating, giving results or performing what's actually needed. When I worked, I had done few improvement projects which gave enormous results in terms of better reliability, quick changeovers, reduction of waste and improvement in utilities that benefited the company and also made our life easier working in the shop floor and utilities but when I look back now, it makes me realise that it made no difference to the management when it comes to giving a fair increment or during appraisals. Work life balance was another factor which can be well managed for giving equal balance in a better structured way to each and every employee if planned rightly. As a line leader, the work environment was really very challenging when it came to team work because this was where the whole thing gets even more complex during achieving results as although roles and responsibilities were clear.

Company is good, i would have loved to work for years.

Company is good but the Cluster Head Arushi Chaturvedi & ZSM Satish Verma & KAM Ilyas Shaikh are bad people, they are defaulters & tell ground level people tonoay adjustments for sales target by blackmailing to remove from Company. Actually such people should be squeezed because they are not eligible for this work & bad hearted people.

It's a well disciplined MNC, plant situated at mandideep,bhopal. Majorly focused about safety & quality . Having a good working culture , and always working towards employees welfare. Feeling great to be a part of it .

I don't about the company the only thing is they treat everyone in same manner . And every work or each department of this company is on contractual basis .
