Vendor's worker job security is up to vendor, & it is not secure

As a vendor's lebor not satisfied about job security due to some vendor's manager are take company metter as a personal but as a p&g employee it is a great company. I hope, when I am a company employee I feel too good, do better & best, but it is just a wish.

Proctor and Gamble is a renowned MNC. So, the work culture is very good. R&D department is proactive who always comes with new updates in forms of projects.The upper management is very supportive with excellent managerial skills.

Not seeing any growth here as a Engineer and also not getting enough CTC.

P&G is the best of the best company. Here employees not only professionally but also personally built. Company providing so much training to build the employee to deliver his goal. I am lucky and thankful of God that I completed my 23+ year in P&G. If any one get chance to work in P&G he would be lucky. Company is excellent working culture and work environment.
