i was employed in princess cruises started job from october 2017 to may 2020. as galley steward (pot washer) my last Work apprisal was 4 i left princess cruises because of they are not making carrier path , company not making growth for Galley cleaners.. for me 5 years very bad experience in princess cruises....

princess cruises is good company in my opinion , but they should make carrier path for Galley cleaner people, & they have to improve salary for galley peoples .

Company takes great care of Crew members onboard in work place, Food given in cafeteria nationality wise. Working with different nationalities. Arrangements done by company in traveling.

In Fleet in all the ship if the survey is done in each Accommodation department most of the Manager are of same 1 nationality. Than majority supervisors are of 1 nationality same nationality has manager position. Than cabin steward are in majority of same nationality has management. Than the partiality happened. Each nationality crew members should be equally on every position even in management.

It's was good before but now their is a lot of salary discrimination and also the length of the contract for Asian and the rest. Need to do the be equal fpr almost all the nationalist.
