Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. i was employed in princess cruises started job from october 2017 to may 2020. as galley steward (pot washer) my last Work apprisal was 4 i left princess cruises because of they are not making carrier path , company not making growth for Galley cleaners.. for me 5 years very bad experience in princess cruises....

In Fleet in all the ship if the survey is done in each Accommodation department most of the Manager are of same 1 nationality. Than majority supervisors are of 1 nationality same nationality has manager position. Than cabin steward are in majority of same nationality has management. Than the partiality happened. Each nationality crew members should be equally on every position even in management.
