My work life in princess is amazing. It is indeed a very good experience and I learned a lot since it started a my first time in cruise. Princess taught me well. We work hard as well as we had fun at same time.

i was employed in princess cruises started job from october 2017 to may 2020. as galley steward (pot washer) my last Work apprisal was 4 i left princess cruises because of they are not making carrier path , company not making growth for Galley cleaners.. for me 5 years very bad experience in princess cruises....

In Fleet in all the ship if the survey is done in each Accommodation department most of the Manager are of same 1 nationality. Than majority supervisors are of 1 nationality same nationality has manager position. Than cabin steward are in majority of same nationality has management. Than the partiality happened. Each nationality crew members should be equally on every position even in management.
