no work ethics, no scope for skill development, too much of politics, too much of managers influence though they are not know anything about the industry. People who wants to sustain in the industry for long-term and according to the industry standard, Primera is not an appropriate place to work. They give positions to the people and insisting to work and available for 24X7.
