I have been worked almost 2.8 years in PrimEra. It's very nice place to work. Work balance is there. Especially our Managers teams lead, & co-workers are very supportive. Flexible working hours. No micro observations. HR and Management also very friendly nature with everyone.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like in PrimEra is less employee benefits. Transport facility available only for night shift employees.

Pethatic company ,i can not say a single thing this company is good it . worklife, Leaves,holidays,productition,management and more over even the focking 3mnrhs of notice period. You are forced to serve 3 mths of notice period and if you have any silly mistake during this, you will be terminated. I can write alot about this company cheap company and its management but its my waste of time
