The worst PR company, they'll not pay you on time they'll hold your salary for 2 months. Not good for freshers. 3-4 Employees leaving every month for various reasons. Small team but a lot of politics. HR irresponsive. Lowest Salary you could possibly get.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
