I am working since 2 years.its a small organisation having just 20 Indian 5 Japanese employees. All Japanese are very kind, やさしくて、インド文化を理解さながらインドじんと一緒に仕事する。 possitive side(own view): work, life balance is extremely good. No such unbearable huge work pressure. you can work in relax manner. All employees very cooperative, its like family. Concerns point(own view) Due to corona, company is facing little finacial crisis like all other organisation. No provident fund facility....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
