Faculty culture is not at all good. They don’t have fear of anyone not to behave certain ways. No control on the bullying they do. Groups exist on every floor of staff rooms. Experienced feel they are the goons and treat ill other members, specially when new ones don’t join any other mob.

They are giving good salary but negotiable and increment is not confirm. Even there is on instance of taking back the increment just because the faculty shows disagreement with the increment. The infrastructure is good.

I found people are leaving within a week. That shows the poor job security structure. There are some departments where 20 faculty are leaving out of 40, and almost same rate is everywhere because they want to unnecessarily engage the faculty. There are duplication of work. They will take your higher degree at the time of joining. Exiting from university is a tedious task. They have culture to harass the faculty at the time of relieving. They can do better if they rotate the key officials of all the department. 1. Bad HR department. Once you joined, they are not going to listen your problem anymore. They are behaving Professors as their servant. 2. Sameena is the worst lady and the root of all harassments in this university. 3. Many senior staffs who can't manage the work pressure died by heart attack or suicide. 4. Once you entered into the campus, you can't get out of the campus even for 30 minutes for a small work like posting a letter.
