They are giving good salary but negotiable and increment is not confirm. Even there is on instance of taking back the increment just because the faculty shows disagreement with the increment. The infrastructure is good.
Dislikes
I found people are leaving within a week. That shows the poor job security structure. There are some departments where 20 faculty are leaving out of 40, and almost same rate is everywhere because they want to unnecessarily engage the faculty. There are duplication of work. They will take your higher degree at the time of joining. Exiting from university is a tedious task. They have culture to harass the faculty at the time of relieving. They can do better if they rotate the key officials of all the department. Infact key officials are weak and they are trying to safe their job and in result the poor faculty are suffering....Read More
