Best thing is teamwork or another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. And we work happily in collaboration.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and very high pressure work.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly chllenging as I have to look after the entire product and fixtures life cycle as well as manage day to day yeild operations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
