Previously the work culture was good but now management putting employees under lot of pressure. There is no flexibility at all. Management only favouring US team who are not productive, while it seems like they are disregarding the india team. Unfortunately those working here are experiencing significant mental stress. Data Scientist working in india not getting any appreciation for their efforts. While US person is getting all the credit for the work done by india team😁. This situation is not the fault of any employee neither US not India, the blame lies with management. They seem to lack the ability to identify top talent and show proper appreciation. Additionally they have added so many restrictions, they don’t allow you to take leaves, they are asking employees to come daily office work 9-6 and after that many times you need to attain call in mid night.
