Good work environment and culture but work pressure also we have to handle. Seniors and teammates are supportive and the management is also transparent and also address our issues. Auditing, return filling, dealing with clients etc good work experience. Company policies and SOP are good, appraisals are fair but generally CA firms don't give good salary hike as candidate learn lot of skills and knowledge. Every year company celebrates festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Annual function, Trip etc. Also bonus is not get in full 100% as well as PF, ESIC or insurance facilities are not available....Read More

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure and career growth is also there but salary is very low and also employee benefits like PF, ESI, Insurance and annual leaves are not available.

Work Details

I learnt lot of things and knowledge is also improved. I got a chance to handle CA article students and training them, attending various inside and outside seminars from various CA's. How to deal with with clients and communication skills also improved.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
