Work environment and culture is good. Teammates are good but the management is not transparent. There is no cafeteria or any chilling area. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair at all and even the salary hike is not good. Even job opportunities for better learning is not there for Production. Even if you are leaving the Company they will ask you to complete 3 months notice period or else you have to pay 3 months gross salary....Read More

Salary is not satisfactory, career growth is very slow. You have serve 3 months notice period or have to pay gross salary for 3 months after resignation for reliving.

bad work environment and culture. bad behaviour managemnt.there is freshers can't growth and didn't get better opportunities. no supportive staff and compensetion think is so far. only destroyed student future in one word very shit.
