Middle Management is a Garbage. If you are licking you are safe. Guwahati Branch Manager doesn't comes to office for 20+ days a month. Doesn't responds to calls even. Sometimes found speaking abnormal. Guwahati Branch manager is a nonsense . Still his job is safe. Products are excellent but pathetic work environment inside.

BM of guwahati branch is a KAMSOR person. I have worked for 3.10 years in Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd. The reason for leaving this company is BM . And my extremely poor income. Also, regarding the present accounts department in the Guwahati branch, a Scam is occurring. He is requesting further payment in the name of Tea. Accordingto what I've heard, he earns 4,000 to 5,000 extra income every month in the name of tea. Because out of 14 Person only 5 Person takes Tea and he Charges 280 Rupees per day. And the Branch Manager is ignoring this issue, despite the fact that they are from same place. Below is regarding the Branch Manager (Now GM- Vikash Sharma) Guwahati Branch. I have never seen a manager that unprofessional. He is an irregular worker. He is frequently absent from the office for over a month. And when I joined the organisation, he was unavailable for over two months. Aside from this, he was frequently found under the influence of "Bhang," and he laughed constantly. One day, he was discovered in the restroom without closing the door since he was so intoxicated. His brain do not operate. And when his Manager visits, he speaks in dramatic terms: "Apan yeh kar denge," "Apan woh kar denge," and "I am the Branch's Shingam." As soon as his manager leaves Guwahati, he reverts to his true form: utter garbage. Also, his reporting manager hides this information from senior management. During office hours, he sleeps at home the majority of the time. I am not writing because I am not a member of this group, but because this individual is complete garbage. The branch manager is a total fake. Hikvision is providing him such salary but the people who actually work hard never gets recognized properly. Branch manager name is Vikash Sharma. He made me pay heavy money with my office laptop when I had a bike accident during office time but he mentioned to higher authorities that the accidentwasn't during office time. I only got so less salary at that time and on top of that had to pay housing rent and other expenses but because of his mail, the company even made me pay the laptop price. I've never heard of such company who can't even afford to handle a laptop's price( which happened because of my bike accident and I was badly injured ) but are running cores of business in India. Is pramahikvision so poor that they can't afford for an employees laptop who was injured during office time in a bike accident? I left the company in 2020 as I have had enough from the branch manager and resigned because I knew the higher authorities will do nothing about the fact that branch manager is a complete fake who just gives attendance and leaves the office and by evening comes to office and to attendance and again leave....Read More
