I have met all villages and try to develop villages e.g. agriculture, women development and village development etc. Job security is not good because no permanent job I means project have limited period. Work culture is very good because I met villager and women they are supported to me and also my team are supportive. Companies policies are good.

They are supported with us for work. And I also like training for new thing learnt. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that halps women in SHG. And women are bond with livelihood. Upgrade the mind of villager for gender.And also supported in economically for cc loan to how use that loan.

Dislikes

I like work in SHG but I feels difficulty in this work because men are not supported this work. People are not getting government scheme in some village( patthalgaddhi village) therefore I am feeling unhappy. Sometimes I have to work in holiday means no vacation. And more travelling than other work that's I am frustrated.

Work Details

I like work in SHG and NRLM project because we supported SHG with livelihood. And we are supporting for growth of every woman in SHG. I learned for NRLM & SHG. I learn from every meeting & training.I learned how motivate each person in SHG & NRLM.
