Work is so good there is no comments for work I support covid -19 lockdown ie moblise community and grain distribute to food security fund and loan provided without interest for lockdown period social moblisation upon covid-19 by telephonic and meeting organize of some people who maintain social distance and mask and talking about covid -19

Dislikes

Comensatuon is decent but promotion is not allowed for work experience. Other hand work pressure is very high

Jeevika has hired or recruited managers at the several steps. Managers are not helpful area coordinators( a.c.)and community coordinators(cc) do work and all the managers only compile the report theme wise. Neither they support nor consel the working staffs a.c. and c.c. are abused and punished by the managers. The system shows the slavery system of the British because when they demand their rights their salary becomes hold. Show cause letter issues and they are forced to resign....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
