Compared to similar size of industry salary was good

Dislikes

Overall work pressure was too high like there was only 3 production person's for operating 11 machines. For QC it will be OK, there was 2 person's per shift.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I worked as a supervisor and resigned recently. I started as a apprentice and grown to CNC setter supervisor. I really liked working for the last nine years. It is very good placeto learn cnc machining. The salary is good compared with other companies. They give all the benefits like ESI PF food and also got graduity after resignkng.

Very good company to learn both IATF and Aerospace systems AS . They practice good quality system so we can learn practically. The instruments and inspection experience also is very good. The salary is good and have benefits like ESI PF and gratuity. The work environment is very neat and clean .

I have not worked in PPM. Based on review from worked / working employees I am writing it. Appraisal wise OK. Giving opportunities to all from management side.

Dislikes

Top management approach was good but staff not driving in the good way. Majorly HR policies are not good like gratuity, Health insurance ( providing ESI but in these days ESI doesn't help anyway ), leave allowances, Work transfer / Load / Pressure, This are the areas to improve
