I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Work culture is worsed, I haved worked with couple of companies in 20 yrs but work policy and culture totally different. It like military rules. Staff cannot communicate with staff even for office work It's very 3 strict company
