Flexible working hours, as a ladies we need work from home some times, which is most necessary to everyone now days this busy schedule we can’t travel if we have more write up work, this is the one company you can access it to do more work at home peacefully instead of travelling to your office site.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
