Its indeed a good company if you really want to have good balance between work & life but at the same if your are young industry & want to learn more there is limited scope result in limited exposure which is basic requirement for a young blood wanting to grow in his/her career. Excellent work place for people looking peaceful & routine job.

Dislikes

There is very less scope of recognition of work even if you perform well you hardly get appreciation.Promotion are fixed after every fixed certain time whether you perform or not. Salary is very part where management must seriously think & compensate each employee accordingly to their nature/importance of work not based on no.of years experience.

Excellent place to work, provided many facilities to the employees. All the staff is co-operative and very good, always support to others.

Dislikes

Promotion is not as per the experience. If any employee join, he or she has to join from Executive level and not given promotion for first 3 years from joining.
