absence of standard salary structure salary may vary for same position and experience . Lack of control over local politics amongst employees that create ill work environment. Absence of employee re-hire policy. The work pressure is very high employee have to work extra hours daily and have to work on weekand. That to without any compensation

I was part of operation team and my work was to supply main working tool to the main production line . I have to maintain the quality parameter upto to very precise limit and supply toll timely.
