This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic. Their main focus seems to beon making employees’ lives miserable. Continuous Google meetings are scheduled without allowing bio breaks or even food breaks. Poor Leadership.. Neeraj (National head) believes in hiring and firing.Almost everyday he threatens staff that he will fire them if they wont follow his RULES.. Office hours starts at 9:30am but our managers take calls as early as 8 am everyday national head takes DRR call at 8pm for hour.. he even make all of us work on Sundays.Hewas so proud of announcing HALF DAY on Saturdays but since it has been announced he only provided 2 saturdays as half day , all other saturdays have been full day working.. He wants employees to take his permission even before breathing. Moreover he is very much favourable to female staff.. Only appraisal or incentives are good which is fine but if I am not able to take breath then what does mean of that moeny. I got appraisal,hike and permotion but trust me I am become mad now and coming out from this situation. Thanks
I worked as Area sales manager in policybazaar.com . I spend my 3.5 yr in this company . i am writing this review to help others, In this company you will not able to breath , there is no public holiday and no leaves (eg. holi, diwali, republic day , independence day. etc) any type of holiday is not given in this company . You have to work 10-12 hours a day to meet your sales target on hourly wise. leaders are so rude shouting on you torture you on meet call if your sales is not done. you will screw your life if you join this organization. Only appraisal or incentives are good which is fine but if I am not able to take breath then what does mean of that money I tell you my work in following steps. 1. Open latpop at 8.30 from home - assign leads to RM' Who is good or bad as per their past performance due to require every day booking. 2. need to get ready for office and have to reach at 9.30 sharp, not a single minute late else have to give genuine explanation with proof and then share your selfie from office at 9.30 only. 3. Join meet call with camera open at 9.30 and give Target for FTD and for next two hours from 10 -12. (Target should like if I have 9 RM's then I have to do 9 nop's at any cost) 4. Now check mail box and if any operation department raise query like any customer is not giving documents, not picking up call for policy issuance or raised request for cancellation..etc.. these all revert from team leader only and take follow up from RM and if he is not free then wait and remind him again and then revert on mail team and if you do not revert then your senior will tagged into mail and he will take your class immediately. (Sometime I thought am in sales team or operation team?) 4. Now if any RM's having any issues whether it's related to laptop , admin or won voucher rewards after target completing target , only team leader have to take follow up on this , no RM' S allow to mail. 5. Now it's time to give Target vs achievement at 12 pm. I don't when I will get freed to talk RM'S on sales. Anyway if I achieve targett then I am lucky but I do not achieve my target in last 2 hour then have to get torture by senior. And now again I have to give target from 12 -3. 6 . All above steps will repeated again and no time for thinking about your personal life and if target are not matching thene they will ask you to sit on meet call with open camera. 7 . Now let's suppose we reach at 7 pm evening. Now after listening hourly wise,. I have to give full day target vs achievement. If achieve good and if it's not achieve...then you guys understood. So this process happen there on a daily basis. If you achive 10 lakh then again tomorrow morning you are zero. So valu what you have done in previous and forget about what you have done in last month they even not cared what you have done yesterday. Also , if by the god grace if your reporting manager become your supportive then he will start getting warning e-mail and his image will become the below of RM/FLS. I am writing to express my concern regarding the rejection of my application to rejoin Policy Bazaar. I had previously worked with the company for 11 months, but due to critical family issues, I had to resign. I had informed my team leader at the time that I intended to rejoin the company once my family issues were resolved. Unfortunately, upon my reapplication after a gap of two months, my manager rejected my application. I was taken aback by this rejection, and it has been distressing to face harassment from certain individuals. After a gap of 1.5 years, I again applied to rejoin the company. However, my application was rejected once more by Mohammad Murshid Alam (PW02716), my previous team leader. His response was not only disappointing but also unprofessional, as he stated, "Maine uska approval reject kr diya h apne personal resion se m bhi dekhta hu kaise join kr pati h." I am struggling to understand the reason behind this personal vendetta against me. My experience with Policy Bazaar was positive, and I had received assurances from my colleagues and team leader that I would be welcomed back. I would like to bring to your attention that according to the company policy, an agent who serves the notice period can rejoin after 3 months. I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Also they are forcing employees to come at 9:45am and if they need extra manpower in the evening so they are not allowing people to go home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time.
