I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days....Read More

Also they are forcing employees to come at 9:45am and if they need extra manpower in the evening so they are not allowing people to go home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. They are lucky to work in Insurance Industry and have created a space for themselves. Thats pretty much it.

Viated environment. Poor training team and manager, lack of knowledge of insurance is very evident. Lots of spellings in training content. Abusive words spoken by trainer during training. Hire & fire culture.

There is no proper work life balance if you got opportunity to work with policy bazaar i suggest not to go with that because there is so much pressure no proper leaves would be provided and not even the login time usually shift is 10-7 we adjust if it is till 8 but in this office it is till 9pm and they ask to login at 9:30am in themorning for meetings which is useless, and if I speak about the holidays we should beg here to get that leave mad totally worst job opportunities...Read More

Thrs nothing to like bcz it’s all pressure and torcher in this organisation and no proper holiday for festivals and govt holidays all we have to work everyday And customer will be scolding when we call on holidays and festivals and this organisation is torcher customer calling every day for sales purpose.. so it’s all toxic and one of the toxic company
