I am not employee of Policy bazaar, however i have received a call for job opportunity for managerial post , HR name was suman Bharadwaj, she was full of rude, do not even listen , over an telephonic conversation she ask me few questions which i have addressed as per my previous organization, but she do not aligned , i think so she don't even has a knowledge of new technology /automation or policy bazar moved just ops guy into HR without having latest industry knowledge , it seems policy bazar works on 10 years old pattern. when the first interaction was so horrible so i can imagine what could be work life balance in policy bazar. There is nothing to like policybazaar because they hired stupid and illiterate managers who have not any manners and etiquette to deal with a employee and their HR are also like the puppets of management. I saw many times that if any employee who is not their slave and went for sick leave . After providing all medical documents they terminate the employee.

They have not any kind of management. I think government should close this company because they are running a very bad call centre. They have the Mafia manager who doesn't have knowledge and etiquette. They are just become manager by buttering. No personal life . If you want to destroy your calm them you can join policybazaar. This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

If an individual wants to earn more money in less time then Policy Bazaar is the right place to work.

Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.

Now I don't like anything in pb because now company is only explotating employees. Not giving there hard work money be giving issues.

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.

Incentives are quite good in initial phase of your job when you become tenure then you'll face clawbacks.

Work-life balance is zero , work pressure is alot, lack of quality leaders, if you hadn't given business for 2,3 days then your life we'll be become hell. Lot's of obligations you may face, there are so much mental pressure, if you are addict to handle a bunch of pressure then you're welcome. Nothing as call centre.

I only like one person or thing that is my own manager as he take care that we won't get too much frustrated from this job. But sometimes he can't do much as there superior won't let him do it. as we studied in school that one good Apple can't make other apple good, but one bad apple can make other good apples bad. Rest you can understand.

There is not only one thing that I dislike about PB, but I will mention soke major points only. No work life balance, The AVP named kushagra ghai will come to you at 7.15 pm when you are planning to go home after completing your shift to tell you can't leave before 9 pm. Seriously if you don't have your personal life you won't let others to enjoy there. Deducting your incentive and salaries after doing all hard work they are again ready to squeeze your earnings drop by drop.
