There was a huge hike in salary/appraisal if an employee performance good and achieving target continuosly. The give appraisal two times in a year.

Work-life balance was poor. If i have leaves in my employee self service portal and i need a leaves so they can’t provide even if in emergency. Always my leaves wasted that are providing by the company every year as a sick, casual and earned leaves. We have to work in gazetted holidays like republic day, independence day, etc so theHR department says you can take that leave as a compo off anytime but the managers are not allowed if i applied for the same....Read More

I was having a separate matrix over there so i got leads on a daily basis in my matrix. So i have to call on that leads asked the customers which type of plans they are looking for. After knowing his purpose of investment i need to suggest plans.

I was the good earner in PB i must say and i learned alot from this company as i got habitat to work under pressure so now i feel like king that i can work in any environment. This company is like roz kuya khodo aur pani peeyo.
