Leave system is very pathetic. No national holiday no state holiday. Manager sitting in home and giving abuse to the subordinates rather then doing visits. In a company where your manager cannot understand your problems trurns into a horible place to work Even you are sick you cant take leave, even if one of your family member dies you have to book atlist one policy. Work life balance is very bad They don't gives any leaves or off you get only week off no holidays on saturday and sunday they make you work even on holi and dipawali overall company culture is average

I was also looking for earning higher incentives// salary is just nominal// dont go for incentive they will stop your growth// managers and supervisors are not human but mentally sick robots// they will finish every enejoying moment of your life// you cant take leave on national holidays as well on festivals like holi and diwali// not even when you are ill// there is nothing to like

They are lucky to work in Insurance Industry and have created a space for themselves. Thats pretty much it.

Viated environment. Poor training team and manager, lack of knowledge of insurance is very evident. Lots of spellings in training content. Abusive words spoken by trainer during training. Hire & fire culture.

There is no proper work life balance if you got opportunity to work with policy bazaar i suggest not to go with that because there is so much pressure no proper leaves would be provided and not even the login time usually shift is 10-7 we adjust if it is till 8 but in this office it is till 9pm and they ask to login at 9:30am in themorning for meetings which is useless, and if I speak about the holidays we should beg here to get that leave mad totally worst job opportunities...Read More

Thrs nothing to like bcz it’s all pressure and torcher in this organisation and no proper holiday for festivals and govt holidays all we have to work everyday And customer will be scolding when we call on holidays and festivals and this organisation is torcher customer calling every day for sales purpose.. so it’s all toxic and one of the toxic company

Policy bazaar is one of the worst and toxic company bcz it’s all about torchering customer for paymnet. Not a good environment . They will torcher the agents and if they are dying for illness also they should come to office. 1. You are supposed to come on the festivals. No leaves are provided on the festivals also. 2. 365 Days working with roaster week Off. To be honest they support there favourite people, only they grow and people who work hard have no value here to be honest ,sending female employees home late they don't care about women Safety , no cab facility The chances are more for promotion but only if you gel well with seniors
