Leave system is very pathetic. No national holiday no state holiday. Manager sitting in home and giving abuse to the subordinates rather then doing visits. I am not employee of Policy bazaar, however i have received a call for job opportunity for managerial post , HR name was suman Bharadwaj, she was full of rude, do not even listen , over an telephonic conversation she ask me few questions which i have addressed as per my previous organization, but she do not aligned , i think so she don't even has a knowledge of new technology /automation or policy bazar moved just ops guy into HR without having latest industry knowledge , it seems policy bazar works on 10 years old pattern. when the first interaction was so horrible so i can imagine what could be work life balance in policy bazar. I am writing to express my concern regarding the rejection of my application to rejoin Policy Bazaar. I had previously worked with the company for 11 months, but due to critical family issues, I had to resign. I had informed my team leader at the time that I intended to rejoin the company once my family issues were resolved. Unfortunately, upon my reapplication after a gap of two months, my manager rejected my application. I was taken aback by this rejection, and it has been distressing to face harassment from certain individuals. After a gap of 1.5 years, I again applied to rejoin the company. However, my application was rejected once more by Mohammad Murshid Alam (PW02716), my previous team leader. His response was not only disappointing but also unprofessional, as he stated, "Maine uska approval reject kr diya h apne personal resion se m bhi dekhta hu kaise join kr pati h." I am struggling to understand the reason behind this personal vendetta against me. My experience with Policy Bazaar was positive, and I had received assurances from my colleagues and team leader that I would be welcomed back. I would like to bring to your attention that according to the company policy, an agent who serves the notice period can rejoin after 3 months. However, I am being denied this opportunity due to the actions of Mohammad Murshid Alam (PW02716). I request you to look into this matter and provide me with a fair opportunity to rejoin the company. I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days....Read More

Also they are forcing employees to come at 9:45am and if they need extra manpower in the evening so they are not allowing people to go home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. Now I don't like anything in pb because now company is only explotating employees. Not giving there hard work money be giving issues.

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.

Incentives are quite good in initial phase of your job when you become tenure then you'll face clawbacks.

Work-life balance is zero , work pressure is alot, lack of quality leaders, if you hadn't given business for 2,3 days then your life we'll be become hell. Lot's of obligations you may face, there are so much mental pressure, if you are addict to handle a bunch of pressure then you're welcome. Nothing as call centre.
