Job Security is there. They give atleast some hike. Good office Location.

Dislikes

Polaris does only body shopping. They dont own any project specially in Gurgaon. Senior management in Gurgaon are the worst. All managers think about only their account, does not care about Company thats why they never grew up in past 20 years and finally sold off.
