Nothing wasted my career, Pls don't join in pen Metlife, HYDERABAD CLUSTER is worst, Area Head Mallikarjun is wast person, He will call night time also video call for female staff, All staff is resigning. Before joining the pnb metlife Hyderabad Cluster, Once go and check with branch staff.

No proper training Every day Minimum 10 teams calls and will ask only business and they will use very bad words in open form, Team pls don't join and spoil your career.. Before join go to any branch PNB METLIFE Dilsuknagar branch, Somajiguda branch, Kukatpally branch. Go and check with current working staff,. Don't join in agency channel

Our Superiors specially who promoted from Front Line Sales person to Territory Manager have zero capabilities of handling a team.They just demand you for business nothing else. They never guide you how to work in Banca channel

Nothing . This is a very bad company and the work culture is very bad. All the senior’s don’t know anything.they just keep harassing their juniors from from morning and make useless con call from morning 7:00Am onwards.I will not suggest this job to anyone.

Nothing to like about them . Manager are dumb ,they don't have any knowledge only position.HR Parteek /Riya Both are just puppet doing time pass only .they don't have any power . Only old employee are safe there.they are just playing hire& fire people game & playing with their career. Only chaatu employees are successful in pnb met life .

Managers are not at all good they will never guide you through the process and never giving training about anything in the system they will never show support instead they keep grudges with female employees God knows for what purpose you have to do everything on your own they will only ask for business they will never guide you how to do business.

No culture, No proper Knowledge, No Values to the people , You have to loose your self respect, Hyderabad Agency Cluster is most worst Area Head they have, Minimum 2 month every one will come out from the pnb metlife Hyderabad.

There are lots of things that needs to be clear. Firstly the candidate should know about his/her KRA If you dont know about this pleasse talk to youemr HR. Most of the time the clusrer manger force you to resign from profile if you are not performing exceptionally good. So before joind you have to be ready about all this kind of things and lot of corporate politics is going to happen.
