Good company, my experience with pnb MetLife good in PNB Bank. Quick process of issuance and claim settlement. Advanced digital marketing services well.

Dislikes

HR system very poor and salary related attendance by report manager approval is ❓❓, not Good company for all ,it's only good for joker 🃏 staffs, but company management is not handle any issues and problems. Any one not making attendance issues, I lost 45 days of my salary even though working in PNB Metlife.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
