Very bad experience to much politics if your blong to political background then you servive.to to much politics and second thing is that no senior talk action about what happens to your junior staff all level state level to branch level employees. I requte an employee he is star performer in other organisations but ASM automaticallychange mapping to other BSM if Asm want good performance staff then find it on nakuri.com or in market or use self contact . Top leadership is reachable even Mr. M D is humble and reachable. Joining goodies and warm welcome. Breathing time to new joiners. Working Holdays compamsation with Compoff. HR & HR policies does exist. Leaves carry forward Diabursement process if fast and good Acknowledgement and appriciation to ground staff.

Dislikes

No clear credit policies. Work life balance is lower side but still better then some banks. Work pressure is extreeme and threats to job security.

There are two types of there employement 1st Pnb Housing Finance Ltd. And 2nd is PHFL Home Loan Pvt ltd. PHFL is subsidiary of PNB Housing but there is totally different from PNB Housing's facilities . If you are going to join there please ensured on Paper it what mentioned there PHFL or PNB HOUSING FINANCE LTD. If PNB Housing then Good if PHFL the avoid to Join , PNB HOUSING staffS are also not giving value of PHFL's employees. And PnB Housing employee get bonus but PHFL not get yearly bonus only 1 salary , In Diwali gift PNB HOUSING emp get 3000 worth coupon of Amazon but PHFL get 1000 , PNB housing get 5lcas medicalaim but PHFL get 2 lacs Mediclaim in mediclaim PNB Housing can reimburse day care like doctor consult fee and checkup charge but PHFL emp has to admit for 24 hours atleast then they can get reimbursement. Salary is very low and increment is also very low for PHFL. Also office time is 30 minutes extra for PHFL employees....Read More

If you think u have crack a job in Pnb housing. My frnd im not try to demotivate u bt u should join a political party before join this company. Becoz after using referal or qualification u will not succeed there. You will realized that.

If u r a politician or part of a political party then only u can stay there. The most worst 3 rd fraud unregistered company in india. They don't have Banking proper licence. Customers can't not complain under RBI and the customer will beat you if the company will do something wrong.

1) Office politics as most of them came from same previous company 2) no personal life, every last sunday id working, you have to work morning 5 at every month end 3) seniors are monitoring at every single time. 4) no proper branch infrastructure, not even have single good chairs to seat. 5) Work culture is not good (colleagues are very abusive). 6) as per company sign in is 10:00 am and sign out is 5:30 but as per boss you have to seat at office 10:00 pm ( no personal life)...Read More
