Very bad experience to much politics if your blong to political background then you servive.to to much politics and second thing is that no senior talk action about what happens to your junior staff all level state level to branch level employees. I requte an employee he is star performer in other organisations but ASM automaticallychange mapping to other BSM if Asm want good performance staff then find it on nakuri.com or in market or use self contact .
